Definition of GL
GL stands for "Good Luck". This is often the final words of a player leaving a table in a tournament. In the paid positions of a tournament, one player eliminates another, the player who leaves says to his opponent "GG" (Good Game) followed by "GL" (Good Luck). It's always best to have good etiquette and be polite to other players; simply not having your chat room privileges taken away is a good reason to be.
