Jackpot sit'n'gos gained in popularity very quickly when they first appeared. These mini-tournaments have several names, depending on the room you play at. On PokerStars, they're called "spin'n'go". On Winamax, they're called expressos.
Each site has its own variations, but basically, a jacpot sit'n'go is a 3-player sit'n'go in which the total prizepool is drawn at random. Most of the time, in a €10 3-player sit'n'go, for example, you'll play for a total of €20. But if you're lucky, you could play for €100, €1,000 or even €10,000. Obviously, the larger the amount, the lower the frequency, which is why we've mentioned that most of the time, you'll be playing for €20.
These tournaments have their own strategy, which is why we've set the videos in this section apart from conventional sit'n'go videos.
If you're new to the game and want to learn the basics, you can start by listening to the video entitled "Y'a deux écoles aims for the Expresso jackpot". Léo, aka "Y'a deux écoles", is a very versatile player who knows how to explain concepts, so his videos are a sure bet.
You can also watch the "Getting started with SNG Jackpot" video, which will give you the basics you need to get started. We're talking about a €1 SNG Jackpot, which is within everyone's reach - an ideal starting limit.
As with all sections of the "Videos" section, if you ever have a video in mind about SNG jackpots and want to share it with us, feel free to add it using the "Add a poker video" button. You'll be able to link a video from YouTube or Twitch.
