Biography and performances
He's one of the new attractions on the French poker scene. Prolix, funny and inventive, Ya2Ecoles has made a name for himself on online poker rooms. For his cash game games, but also for winning the Top Shark Academy, integrating Team Winamax during the confinement season.
His phrasing, vocabulary, wigs and inimitable style delighted the poker community during containment. Since 2019, Leo Lombardozzi aka Ya 2 Ecoles has been particularly active on social networks, publishing a number of videos in which he comments more or less seriously on poker hands played in online rooms. "Hand of the Week", "Spew or Not Spew", "Hero" have all helped Ya 2 Ecoles to make a name for himself with the general public, having been a little-known cash game player just a few years ago.
Cash Game and Spin For Win
A Sit & Go player at the age of 18, Ya 2 Ecoles was introduced to the game by a roommate, who plays the high Cash Game tables on Winamax. The young player started on NL 20 and gradually climbed the ladder until settling on NL 400.
In 2018, Leo Lombardozzi embarked on the SpinForWin adventure, a poker improvement website, alongside Maxime Lemaitre, better known as Batmax. He then became a coach himself and began creating poker video content. He rubbed shoulders with a number of professional players who helped him improve his MTT game. Ya 2 écoles then made the transition to tournament play. He was soon rewarded at the 2019 Top Shark Academy, a competition bringing together talented grinders, with the prize of a year's contract to join the Winamax Pro Team.
Top Shark Academy
Luck smiled on him during this edition and Ya 2 Ecoles landed the famous sesame. This is where he produces the various video series, to the point of making a name for himself in the community. Unfortunately for him, the year was marked by confinement and the end of the Live circuit, so the newcomer to the Team didn't play any tournaments with the W Logo. In fact, his Live record is very limited compared to his level in online rooms.
Not renewed the following year, Ya 2 Ecoles perseveres in the creation of poker content and continues to grind the cash game tables. With the hope of bouncing back, by developing the creation of videos around poker but also by working his game to finally reveal himself on Live tournaments.
