No matter how big the buy-in, Dan Smith will play in the tournament. He is known for playing in High Roller and Super High Roller tournaments. He has been seen in a tournament with a buy-in of over a million dollars, the £1,050,000 No Limit Hold'em - Triton Million for Charity. At the event, he finished in 3rd place for an impressive purse equivalent to 8.7 million US dollars. His total tournament winnings exceed $45 million. Until recently, Dan Smith was considered by many to be the best poker player in the world who had yet to win a WSOP bracelet.
